DCI Director Amin Mohammed has summoned Nairobi County Chief Officer Geoffrey Mosiria & other officials over illegal waste dumping at Kenya Power.
Arrests made:
-Arrested: 3 suspects, including a driver & machine operator.
-Summoned: 10 county officials, including Mosiria & enforcement heads.
-Sakaja’s Action: Interdicted 2 revenue officers.
-IG Kanja: Condemned the act as “barbaric” & vowed prosecution.
=>Possible Charges: Sabotage, robbery with violence, illegal dumping, and traffic obstruction.
