The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially unveiled the new trophy for the TotalEnergies Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) as preparations for the highly anticipated tournament enter the final stages.
The 15th edition of the biennial competition, originally scheduled for 2024 but now set to take place in 2025, will officially kick off on Saturday, July 5, 2025, and run until July 26, 2025. The tournament will be hosted by Morocco 🇲🇦 and will feature 12 of Africa’s top women’s national teams, including defending champions South Africa 🇿🇦.
