Information released by a close friend of Diamond Platnumz, Baba Levo through his Instagram, on January 29, claims that the Bongo Flava music artist Mbosso has been released from Wasafi label (WCW) and developed as an independent artist.
However, the management of WCB has not yet officially confirmed the information, a situation that is increasingly causing uncertainty for fans.
What raises more questions is Mbosso’s move to remove or hide all the photos on his Instagram account.
Although it is not clear if the photos have been deleted completely or saved for later use, the action is seen as a sign of new preparations on his musical journey.
However, Mbosso’s Instagram bio still identifies him as a WCB Wasafi artiste, meaning he is officially still part of the music family.
It is possible that the exit process, if any, has not been completed, or the reports of his exit may be just rumors.
If Mbosso really plans to be out of WCB, the move could open the door to new success for him, especially considering his great talent and his contribution to the big label in East Africa.
At the moment, fans are eagerly waiting for an official statement from Mbosso or WCB to get more certainty about the future of the artist and his future plans.
