A protester has been shot dead by a police officer in Kangemi in Westlands Constituency Nairobi County, in the Saba Saba protests currently ongoing across various counties in the country.
In a video shared online, the youths are seen carrying the body marching towards officers, ” wameua wameua.”
In the video, witnesses claim the deceased shot along Waiyaki Way was not part of the protests, adding to the list of innocent Kenyans killed by police officers as they go about their business.
The deceased is among a confirmed causality in Kitengela, where police have been engaged in running battles with protesters since early morning.
